Everything comes in S, M, L and XL. Full measurements are on the size guide.
How does Impello fit?
The Core Compression Shirt holds close to the body. The Core Training Shirt shares the same measurements but is cut for comfort with a lighter hold. Both run small — we recommend sizing up. The shorts are cut for training rather than compression.
Our model is 5'8" and wears a large in the shirts and a small in the shorts. Do not assume your size carries across the two.

Worldwide. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on orders over 100 USD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination — you will see the exact cost before you pay.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
No. Any duties and import taxes for your country are calculated and included at checkout, so nothing further is owed when your order arrives. You will not be handed a bill by the courier.
If a carrier ever contacts you asking for additional payment on an Impello order, please contact us before paying.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and by local customs processing. You will receive tracking as soon as the label is created, and the carrier's estimate will be more accurate than anything we could quote in advance.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on anything unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
For US orders: if you need a different size, we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label. For refunds, return shipping is at your own cost.
The shorts have a built-in liner — please try them on over underwear.

How do returns work on international orders?
The same 14-day window applies, but return shipping is at your own cost for both refunds and exchanges. Duties and import taxes are paid to your country's customs authority and are not recoverable by us, so they cannot be refunded. Depending on where you live you may be able to reclaim them directly.
Customers in the UK and EU have statutory withdrawal rights that apply in addition to this policy.
My size is sold out. Will it come back?
Almost certainly. We hold limited stock and restock rather than discontinue. Join the list and we will tell you when it lands.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, 30°C maximum, with like colours. Do not bleach. Line dry — do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat if needed.
Avoid fabric softener. It coats technical fabric and reduces its ability to move moisture, which is the main thing you are paying for.
Washing cold and skipping the dryer is what keeps elastane from breaking down. Heat is what kills stretch, not wear.
Is the logo reflective?
The shorts carry a subtle dark reflective logo. The shirts use tone-on-tone branding that catches light at certain angles but is not reflective.
Do you offer discounts?
No. Products are priced at what they cost to make well, and we would rather hold that than run promotions.
