Shipping policy

Impello is a brand operated by Rudy Aquino. We ship worldwide from South San Francisco, California.

Processing time

Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Orders over 100 USD ship free within the United States. The threshold is calculated on the order subtotal, before tax and after any discounts.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and by local customs processing. The carrier's estimate, provided with your tracking, will be more accurate than any general figure we could quote in advance.

Carrier delays and customs inspections are outside our control.

Duties and import taxes

All applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout and paid on your behalf. Your order ships on a delivered-duty-paid basis, which means you will not be asked for any additional payment when your parcel arrives.

If a carrier ever contacts you requesting further charges on an Impello order, contact us at support@impello.fit before paying.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to redirect a parcel once a label has been created. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less the original shipping cost, and any duties already paid are not recoverable.

Refused and undeliverable parcels

Parcels refused at delivery, or returned to us after failed delivery attempts, are refunded less original shipping and any non-recoverable duties.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact support@impello.fit with your order number and we will resolve it with the carrier.
